- Through my own health and fitness journeys and experiences I developed a great passion and support for the fitness industry. Having worked with and learning from many of Australia's leading Fitness professionals I became a personal trainer. I love the energy of being fit and healthy and developed 'Oxygen Studio' to assist and educate my clients further on the importance and fundamentals of fitness for health and well-being. I am a specialist Transformation Coach and well known for getting results for clients with a deadline. Many of my clients include models, actors, dancers, CEOS of big organisations, hard working professionals and busy mums, but once in the studio they all become my special projects who I do not allow to give up until they get their result - a Lean, fit and Healthy body.
