&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Rest:&lt;/span&gt; Have a good nights rest the night before- have a decent sized dinner and have heaps of water right throughout the day.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Put out your clothes the night before:&lt;/span&gt; Put out the clothes you will be competing in so there are no delays on Sunday morning.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Set 2 alarms&lt;/span&gt; and allow yourself plenty of time to get to the race early- be at least an hour early.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Drink Water Before the race&lt;/span&gt;: Have a decent amount of water before, during and after the race &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;At the Start: Pace yourself&lt;/span&gt;- many people will get caught up in the moment and sprint like its the 100 metres final at the Olympics, you will pass them again soon enough!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Eat After the Race&lt;/span&gt;: do a good stretch and have some healthy food containing protein soon afterwards (before celebratory drinks).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;The Day after the Race&lt;/span&gt;: There is a good chance you will be a little stiff.  A hot bath, stretching, massage and some gentle exercise will all help. I just discovered some polar heart rate monitors for a really good price on the web. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Quite a few of you have been asking about getting your own heart rate monitors.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I was shopping around to check prices for more heart rate monitors at the studio and I found a great deal on heart rate monitors that I though I should share with you.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.thepolarshop.com.au/images/FS1_BLU_left.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 181px; BORDER-LEFT: 0px solid; WIDTH: 189px; HEIGHT: 126px; BORDER-TOP: 0px solid; BORDER-RIGHT: 0px solid" alt="" src="http://www.thepolarshop.com.au/images/FS3c_GRY_topleft.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The other model worth considering is the FS3C- its very similar to the FS1 and it also records your maximum heart rate- great to see at the end of a hard session or a session where you set a record!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.thepolarshop.com.au/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.thepolarshop.com.au/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;There are some good prices on many of the models so have a good look around the site and see what suits you.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is the difference between all those models?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;On the site you will see heaps of fantastic models with great features&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Basically there is no limit to the amount of features that are added to the standard heart rate monitors.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The very top of the range heart rate monitors also contain a GPS, you can graph your workout and location on the computer and then share it with the world on the internet!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The challenge with many of the advanced models is that they are also harder to use than the simple models we have at the studio.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So what heart rate monitor is the best for you?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Want Great value and Ease of Use?&lt;/strong&gt; the FS1- the easiest to use HRM with all the most basic features- great value and bulletproof- we have been using these in the studio for a long time now.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Once clients know how to use the straps we have no issues &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Want to record your maximum heart rate?-&lt;/strong&gt; FS3C- still as easy to use as the FS1 but also tracks your maximum heart rate at the end of the session. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Keith has a separate GPS unit and so has had one of these in his surf ski for about 3 years of 6 sessions per week and it used to be mine before he took it- its still going strong!Going to put in a lot of miles running this year or you just love gadgets? Get yourself a model that is compatible with the polar GPS as well. type='text'>Death after 'fat' surgery</title><content type='html'>Death after 'fat' surgery Lauren James was 26 years old and full of life when she had liposuction on her legs and bum on January 19, 2007.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Three days later she was dead.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I read this story with dismay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lauren James was a real estate valuer of Kew in Melbourne- she died on January 22, 2007.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Over the next three days after her surgery she remained in deep pain, was bleeding from her incisions, had diarrhoea and large blisters, and was told by her surgeon that pain and blistering was normal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The risk of death from liposuction is about one in 5000.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a horrible tragedy for the family of Lauren James.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is more horrible is that Lauren could have achieved everything she wanted from her body without ever going to surgery. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lauren was only 65 kilos before her surgery.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;An ongoing commitment to nutrition and exercise is all it takes to get the body of your dreams. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But there is no quick fix. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The lifestyle that put fat on your body in the first place will start putting it straight back on after lipsuction.&lt;br /&gt;Rapid Dextoxes will only drop water, then muscle and then leave your body prone to gain the weight more rapidly as soon as you resume the lifestyle that put the fat on in the first place&lt;br /&gt;Crazy exercise gizmos from daytime televsion are no Yes I could train myself but the reality is that I end up getting caught up with my heavy workload and my training gets bumped so by hiring a trainer just like you guys I am committed to being in the studio ready to train when I am expected to as my trainer will be waiting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To complete 3 – 5 hours of cardio per week to keep me energised and alert so I can achieve my 84 day goals, run my business and complete all of my training with good clarity and focus even though I am working long hours in my business. The cardio will also help me feel less stressed and emotional which will make me happy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So WHY am I doing this BLOG&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Accountability – The next few months for me are going to be busy and I have a QLD holiday booked in December. If I am going to be working a 50+ hour week then I want to make sure I enjoy every bit of my holiday. I will get the most fulfilment on holiday if I am in awesome shape and can really enjoy my holiday and its indulgences without feeling guilty – see my holiday will be my reward and YES it will be so worth it. Being accountable to many people will mean I succeed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My 12 week Goals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel so comfortable and fit in my size 8 Lee jeans, I am so proud of how fit and lean I look in them and it’s a great feeling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am so happy to be consistently running 5 days a week and doing weights 3 x per week, I have an abundance of energy and look and feel fantastic. Everything in my life is now better as I feel balanced and in control and living true to my core values&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am having the best time on my summer vacation in Noosa. Start with some amazing goals for the long term. Your goals need to be so emotional for you that you are excited when you read them. Read your goals every day and your behaviours will start to change.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Don’t diet:&lt;/strong&gt; Crash diets of really low calorie intake lower your metabolism and cause your body to become less toned, even if you have an initial reduction of weight on the scale. Such crash results are not sustainable and when you get off the crash diet your body is even more susceptible to putting on fat faster than ever before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Calorie Deficit:&lt;/strong&gt; to lose weight you must be in calorie deficit. This means that you need to be eating less than what your body requires to maintain your current weight. Most women will be in deficit if they consume 1500 calories and most men will be in calorie deficit if they consume 2100 calories. Oxygen Transformation clients receive a more complete measure of their calorie requirements in their first session.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Cardio:&lt;/strong&gt; Successful weight loss programs contain cardio. Cardio is any exercise that carried out at an intensity that elevates your heart rate- cross trainer, boxing, spin bike, rower and running all are suitable. Cardio increases your metabolism and burns the calories you require to achieve weight loss. Half of you training should be cardio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Intensity:&lt;/strong&gt; Intensity counts when it comes to getting results. Your heart rate needs to be reaching 80% of your maximum heart rate in 3 of your training sessions each week. Intensity will give you faster and time efficient results from your training. The best way to measure your intensity is with a heart rate monitor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Weights:&lt;/strong&gt; Half of your exercise efforts need to be in progressive weight training. Weight training as part of your weight loss program will lead to your body being toned and strong and give the great body for the beach that all our clients are always asking us for.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Frequency:&lt;/strong&gt; For beginners to receive sustained results in terms of weight loss, toning and fitness you need to be training at least 3 hours per week. Those looking for outstanding “Hollywood” style results can expect to need to train 5 hours or more per week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Weekends count:&lt;/strong&gt; Many people have great focus all week then have such a big weekend that all their hard work during the week is undone. It is important to remember that every day counts towards your goals. If you are training for 3 hours per week that is only 2% of your time. To get a result you need to be aware of your actions the other 98% of the time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Drink a lot of water:&lt;/strong&gt; Water breaks down toxins in the body and allows nutrients to flow through the body. Water is essential for good health. Aim for 2-4 litres a day- those of you who are accustomed to being dehydrated will find this takes some adjusting too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Consistency:&lt;/strong&gt; Consistency in all of the above is a crucial factor. Your first set of measurable goals should be set around 12 weeks and you should be aiming to be consistent in your training and nutrition every single day, every single week. If you have a bad day there is nothing to stop you getting back into things the very next day, if you have a bad meal you can start up again on your very next meal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Eat 5 small meals&lt;/strong&gt; or 3 x meals and 2 x nutritious snacks during the day. Eating smaller amounts more frequently will increase your metabolism, make you feel less hungry and give you more energy spread out through the day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Dad has discovered his reason why.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He told me he wants to see his grandson grow old.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He wants to teach his grandson his grandmothers traditional Serbian recipes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He wants to walk my sister down the aisle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He wants to buy new clothes and take my mother out to places.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He wants to go on the around Australia trip he has been planning but never got around to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When the family heard this we were all in tears.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One day my Dad woke up and his whole world had changed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But all that had really changed was his attitude, his thinking, his standards and his beliefs.&lt;br /&gt;The changes that he needed to make were there to make the whole time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When our thoughts change, everything starts to change- the unlikely becomes likely, the impossible becomes very possible and the hard becomes incredibly easy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nothing in the world is hard or easy- its only how we give meaning to them that makes them hard or easy for us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We create “hard”- then we re-enforce in our minds what is hard and then we inhabit our “hard “world and let that "hard" world control us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All it takes is a simple decision to start escaping this hard world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My Dad has lost 6kg in his first month of training.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He has more energy and mum says he is a different person to be around.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Already he no longer needs his daily injection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what are the 5 secrets that my taught me that anyone can achieve by this summer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You don’t need to wait 20 years, or have a life threatening medical condition, all you need to do is change your thinking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today is the first day of spring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. By this summer everyone who decides to can have lost up to 8kgs of fat&lt;br /&gt;2. By this summer everyone who decides to can have toned arms&lt;br /&gt;3. By this summer everyone who decides to can more toned legs&lt;br /&gt;4. By this summer everyone who decides to can have more energy&lt;br /&gt;5. Resistance- resistance is a must if you want to look toned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Nutrition- you can’t out train poor nutrition and for great toning "pretty good" is not good enough! The secret to making a simple Commitment to your exercise program.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The vast expanses of exercise equipment and the group exercise timetable in every single gym are missing one element.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You need to make a simple commitment to your exercise program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eat 4 to 5 small healthy meals per day and perform a combination of aerobic and resistance training exercise for 40 to 60 minutes 3 times a week. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take out your calendar right now and mark off three days each week for the next 12 weeks when you will commit to exercising.  Then do it.  Your consistent commitment will bring you the results you want.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. The secret of having a Coach&lt;/strong&gt;.  Almost every self-help book ever written talks about the critical importance of having a coach/mentor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A coach is an experienced and trusted counsellor or teacher. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s inevitable that you will come up against hard times on your path to losing weight and getting fit. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A coach will guide, motivate, educate and support you – so you can easily and rapidly overcome these hurdles. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A coach is critical to systemising your exercise program for maximum results and assisting you in heightening your motivation and strengthening your commitment. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And a coach becomes your “objective feedback system,” helping you see, understand and correct the problems that are interfering with your progress. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise and nutrition are bona fide sciences and learning everything you need to know on your own can take years of struggle – but not if you have a coach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. The one thing that separates clients from achieving an incredible transformation and clients who get no results or give up is all down to their PRW.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No one forces you to overeat, drink too much alcohol or survive on sugar and fatty foods.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You are the one who makes that decision and that decision is what is going to either make or break your goal. The stronger and more emotional your PRW the more you will resist the things that are holding you back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A PRW that generates gut-level emotion in your innermost core will create unstoppable momentum and a self-fuelling prophecy of your transformation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So what is a PRW? Is it like a goal? – Well YES and NO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here’s an example&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Goal is: to lose weight&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The PRW is:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;To fit into my wedding dress and have everyone honestly tell how beautiful I look.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;I know that if I look and feel beautiful I will really enjoy my wedding day and look happy, radiant and confident in my wedding photos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;I want to send all my relatives and friends who cant make my wedding a photo of me looking absolutely amazing and I want their jaws to drop.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;I want to have a picture from my wedding day of my husband and I enlarged, framed and put on a wall in our house to remind us everyday of how happy we are together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;By seeing myself look amazing everyday it will be my constant reminder to never put the weight back on as I want to look this good for my husband and myself for life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 1) Identify Your “PRW’s”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The objective of this exercise is write down your goal and then write down all the reasons why its important to you, how it will change you or make you feel happier, more confident or what bad memories it may erase. Write down what pain or feelings you are experiencing by not achieving your goal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My advice is to really “feel” the pain and bring it to the forefront of your conscious mind. Now is not the time to hold back, now is the time to get raw, strip yourself of your natural defenses and connect with your pain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a necessary part of the PRW process, don’t short-change yourself by making a half-hearted effort. The more pain you feel the greater the sense of urgency to take massive and immediate action.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Warning:&lt;/strong&gt; This is a very personal exercise and may involve re-living painful aspects of your past or forward projecting a painful experience in your future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I strongly advise that you do this exercise in privacy where you will not be disturbed for at least 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may have to enter those dark repressed corners of your mind to uncover your PRW. You may have to come face-to-face with some inner demons you have. You may have to bring to the surface some sensitive issues that have held you back for a long period of time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don’t know what it is for you, only you can discover your PRW’s” and the resultant force that will drive you in your quest banish this pain from your existence via a full blooded Total body transformation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s a proven fact that the more people who know about your goals and PRWs the more chance you have of succeeding as you unconsciously become more accountable to those you have told and this propels your drive to succeed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;"The measure of success is not whether you have a tough problem to deal with, but whether it's the same problem you had last year." I will soon be adding inspiring video and audio interviews with people who have achieved what we all want and how they did it – so watch out – you have set me on fire… Enjoy this week FITspiration Victoria&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;____________________________&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;Today’s FITspiration is on Change.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Everyone wants something to change in their life (e.g. to lose weight or to get fit enough to run, play, flirt) but why are some not prepared to make any changes in their life to achieve that change? - WHAT – it sounds crazy but we are all guilty of rationalising our excuses to the extent that we absolutely believe them. Its our belief in these excuses that is what is really stopping us from making the necessary changes in our lives.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s actually been proven that if you believe something so strongly then it MUST be true.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take Jonestown for example, the followers believed in their leader so much that they voluntarily drank toxic Kool-Aid to commit suicide. They did this because they believed that "revolutionary suicide" was a way of going down in history to show their commitment to their leader and their faith.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It sounds insane to us but that was their belief.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So again “If we believe something to be true it is”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you are not prepared to make the changes in your life you need to you will start resenting the thought of change and start living according to a list of excuses that just grows and grows.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But why would we resent changes that would give us unlimited happiness? Because we fear failure and we fear that we will not succeed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what can we do about it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ANSWER: Reprogram our beliefs by changing our Attitude, Habits and Mindset&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We can re-programme our belief system on any topic to the extent that we refuse to believe otherwise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instead of having the excuse “I don’t have time to eat properly”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Replace this excuse with the following beliefs&lt;br /&gt;I believe my body is my temple,&lt;br /&gt;I believe food is fuel and nothing more&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These beliefs will cause you to fill your body with nutrition so you feel like a Ferrari instead of a Datsun 180B&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can choose what to believe in but if you choose to focus on beliefs that take you away from your goal that’s just going to dig you deeper and deeper into a rut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you focus on a belief that matches your goal you are more then half way there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Victoria – Oxygen Studio&lt;br /&gt;____________________________ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"The most self-destructive thought that any person can have is thinking that he or she is not in total control of his or her life. "All things are possible for those who believe."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;William James said, "Believe and your belief will create the fact."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have found that our belief system is based on our evaluation of something. Frequently when we re-evaluate a situation our belief about that situation will change.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Half of my life was wasted. I never even tried to accomplish anything of any importance because I did not believe in myself. The truth was I knew very little about me. Many years ago I was encouraged to begin studying myself, re-evaluate myself. I began to gain an understanding of my marvelous mind. Everyday I learned a little more and I suddenly began to believe in myself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Re-evaluate yourself. There is a sleeping giant in you.
